Our Material Handlers are versatile and perform functions like Forklift Driver, Stock Pull, Grab Driver, Loader, etc. The available position will be particularly focused on Shuttle Driver duties. The successful candidate will preferably bring experience operating a standard semi-truck or yard goat (on private property without CDL is acceptable); be comfortable loading a shuttle trailer according to proper weight & configuration; and be familiar with operating dock equipment (dock leveler, Dok-Lock, glad hand locks, etc.).
This position is available on our D Shift, which works Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
The role offers a pay range of $20.20 to $24.00 per hour, based on location and market conditions. It may also be eligible for bonuses, merit increases, and overtime pay, depending on various factors.
Key responsibilities include pulling, transporting, staging products, unloading and receiving goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, waste disposal, and ensuring safety and GMP compliance.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, eligibility to work in the U.S., successful background and drug screening, and at least one year of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in manufacturing. Candidates must be committed to safety, dependable, able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations, and capable of operating mobile equipment after certification.
