Responsibilities include picking orders, unloading and inspecting materials, operating forklifts safely after training, and keeping records. High school diploma required; forklift experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; overtime may be required.

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and report discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
• Removes damaged materials from stock.
• Cleans, checks, and sets up material dryers, feeders, and/or loaders as required.
• Moves finished goods to specified staging area as required.

• Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand entire shift (8+ hrs.).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Moderate physical demand involving lifting and moving of materials and equipment.
• Frequently moves from waist level to floor level.
