Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in shipping, receiving or material handling in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions while keeping accurate records.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with inventory systems.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials at the project site and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records.
• Track material movement and distribution to operations teams.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure materials are available for scheduled work.
• Follow safety policies and lean manufacturing principles where applicable.
