NOVO Building Products is seeking a dependable Material Handler to move, store, and manage materials in our warehouse to support production and distribution operations.

You will safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify incoming materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and collaborate with the production team to keep materials available for manufacturing. Adherence to safety policies and organized work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documenting inventory.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Safely transport materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure materials are available for manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and package materials for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing material handling tasks.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material handling activities.
