Job Purpose: Maintain warehouse orderliness, ensure proper staging, checking, and loading of shipments, and operate forklifts and walkies safely following all safety policies. Reports to shift supervisor.

Essential Duties:

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate WMS, RF scanners, and have knowledge of QMS and Lean Warehousing.
• Pull and stage parts, complete requisitions, and package inventory for shipment.
• Follow safety policies when using lifting equipment.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness.
• Pick customer orders efficiently, minimizing shipping costs and ensuring safety.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work with urgency and accountability, with limited supervision.
• Use computers and handheld RF equipment proficiently.
• Work well in a team and lead when needed.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Pay attention to detail and quality.
• Communicate clearly, resolve problems, and exhibit good people skills.
• Be flexible to work overtime and cover shifts.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and walkies safely.
• Build and break down pallets, and handle cross-docking freight.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of warehouse experience.

Education:
