Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Manufacturing Material Handler - Lead for the Bridgeview, IL area. The role leads the materials team on a 7AM-7PM days schedule (2-2-3). You will ensure product flow throughout the plant and distribution centers while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The position requires 2–3 years of forklift leadership, experience with warehouse operations, and proficiency in WMS software. HS diploma or equivalent is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 yrs prior forklift experience.
• Logistics warehouse leadership experience required.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work assignments of lift truck operators and drivers.
• Foster safe work practices and a team-oriented environment.
• Coordinate warehouse operations with other departments and perform daily audits.
