Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, storing, and order fulfillment in our Carson City, NV facility. You will verify goods, prepare items for shipment, and maintain accurate records of warehouse activity.

The role involves lifting heavy items and may require forklift operation. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and stable on-site employment with a manufacturing partner in the tech sector.

• Perform shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment tasks.
• Check goods received against purchase orders or invoices and maintain records.
• Package and prepare products for shipment and post weights and shipping charges.
• Review orders and distribute merchandise in inventory warehouses or manufacturing lines.
• Operate forklift to move items as needed.

Material Handler: Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.
