Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, handle, and issue material in storerooms and in production areas as necessary.
• Enter receipts of goods, issues, disbursements, etc. into computer system.
• Operate forklift truck and similar light material handling equipment as required.
• Communicate with purchasing, production and other departments regarding deliveries, especially any associated problem.
• Maintain well-organized, tidy and clean storage areas.
• Assist in delivering material directly to delivery locations.
