Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a Shipping Material Handler (MH1) in Wisconsin to support tile and related products across distribution to stores and customers. You will use RF scanners to pick, pack, palletize and ship items, ensuring accurate inventory and labeling.

You must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs, operate a forklift and related equipment, and follow safety policies. Shifts may include nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs.
• Forklift, reach truck, and order picker certification or willingness to be certified.
• Basic organizational, mathematical, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Use RF device or computer to perform bar code functions: pull, put away, ship confirm, inventory lookup.
• Select the correct pick ticket to determine items to be picked, packed, palletized or shipped.
• Convey pallets, boxes and items from bin locations to staging areas, build areas, pallets or crates.
• Manually lift, move, sort, carry or place boxes onto/off pallets and crates.
• Ensure inventory accuracy during picking, packing, shipping or put away.
• Participate in cycle counting and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Adhere to all safety policies and work to reach attendance goals.
