Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Christiansburg, VA to manage packing, shipping and inventory activities onsite. You’ll process orders, verify stock, and maintain dock areas while following detailed work instructions and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of inventory experience or related experience.
• Ability to work with computers including Microsoft Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Package components and final assemblies per packing instructions and process supporting documentation for all shipments.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies.
• Ship per the sales order report; schedule existing orders; check inventory vs. totals.
• Unload incoming materials and maintain dock/warehouse area.
• Receive and verify incoming supplies, enter data into computer system and deliver material per routing instructions.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Process.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
