Responsibilities

• Level 1: Safely handle materials, receive, move, stage, and issue components; operate forklifts and pallet jacks; identify materials and maintain inventory locations; follow FIFO and inventory procedures; perform basic ERP/WMS transactions; maintain clean work areas; understand shipping and receiving procedures.
• Level 2: Build on Level 1 with coordinating material flow to support production; perform inventory transactions in ERP/WMS; assist with cycle counts and audits; load/unload inbound and outbound shipments; monitor storage locations; train junior handlers; troubleshoot routine issues; support shipping, receiving and production teams.
• Level 3: Lead daily material handling activities; assist supervisors with task assignment; mentor and train staff; assist with investigations and corrective actions; drive process improvements; monitor workflow to minimize downtime; communicate concerns and priorities with leadership; promote safety and accountability.
