Job summary

Gentex is seeking a Material Handler to move material in and out of the warehouse safely and efficiently. You will use industrial lift trucks and Gentex systems to pick, ship, receive, and track inventory.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication skills needed.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Moderate to heavy physical lifting, up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver material to manufacturing using the Gentex system.
• Perform receiving and shipping functions using the Gentex system.
• Handle inventory receipts, issues, put-aways, and shipments in the Gentex system.
• Operate material handling equipment to load/unload trucks and move material.
• Perform area housekeeping and cycle counts as directed.
• Assist teammates to meet team goals, including production support.
