Job summary

Gentex Corporation seeks a reliable Material Handler to support manufacturing operations. You will move material safely using lift trucks, pick and deliver items, and perform receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions in the Gentex warehouse control system.

You will participate in cycle counts and physical inventories, maintain accuracy targets, and help the team meet production goals while following safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or material handling experience.
• Ability to obtain certification and operate all material handling equipment.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills and arithmetic ability.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver material to manufacturing using the Gentex inventory and warehouse control system.
• Perform receiving and shipping functions using the Gentex inventory and warehouse control system.
• Handle inventory receipts, issues, put‑aways, and shipments using the Gentex system.
• Operate material handling equipment to load/unload trucks and move material.
• Perform area housekeeping and periodic cycle counts.
• Assist team members to meet production goals and maintain safety standards.
