Job summary

Elevate Solutions Group LLC, located near the Atlanta area, is seeking a motivated Injection Molding Material Handler to support the molding department. You will manage resin and colorant flows, load machines, and maintain material inventories.

The role requires Forklift certification, strong English communication, and attention to safety and housekeeping. You will work first shift, mostly on foot with some forklift operation, ensuring efficient production and quality control.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift license and operate sit-down forklifts and pickers, with safety in mind.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all duties.
• Maintain a positive attitude and respectful teamwork.
• MS Office skills are a plus for data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receipt and loading of bulk resin and colorant shipments.
• Manage inventory levels of all raw materials, colorant and packaging.
• Relocate resin and colorant materials to injection molding machines (IMM) for use in production.
• Process scrap material for grinding and/or recycling.
• Perform PM on pumps and filters for central vacuum system.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure scrap bins are labeled and used properly.
• Drain hoppers and clean molding machines for resin and job changeovers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
