Job summary

Elevate Solutions Group LLC, located near the Atlanta metro, seeks an Injection Molding Material Handler to support the molding department with resin and colorant materials. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, safe material handling, and maintaining clean work areas.

The candidate will operate multiple forklift types, load and relocate materials to IMM, monitor bulk shipments, and support preventive maintenance while following safety policies and procedures. 2nd shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift license.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to walk or stand 100% of the shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Monitors receipt and loading of bulk resin shipments.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, colorant and packaging.
• Relocate resin and colorant to injection molding machines for production.
• Process scrap material for grinding or recycling.
• Perform PM on pumps and filters for central vacuum system.
• Maintain corrugate, pallets and other job supplies in production areas.
• Drain hoppers and clean molding machines for resin and job changes.
• Clean out dryers and grinders for job changes.
• Maintain clean material areas with no parts or pellets on floors.
• Ensure scrap bins are properly labeled and used.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures.
