Dover Food Retail is seeking a Water Spider to support the Operations department in Centerville, IA. This onsite role focuses on understanding production processes, tracking parts, resolving issues, and communicating with team members across departments to keep production flowing.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, identifying required tools, participating in lean initiatives, and adapting to changing production needs while maintaining safety and quality on the shop floor.

The Water Spider is responsible for understanding the department’s processes and needs to provide support to the assigned department such as tracking down parts, resolving issues, and communicating with team members as well as across different departments.
*Occasionally – Occurs up to 1/3 of the time
*Frequently – Occurs 1/3 to 2/3 of the time
*Constantly – Occurs 2/3 or more of the time
