Job summary

AbbVie is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the MD Fill - A1 Shift (6am-6:30pm, Sun/Mon/Tue & every other Wednesday) to handle receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping of product in a regulated warehouse. You will ensure training, safety, GxP and paperwork compliance, while cross-training in multiple areas and maintaining accuracy in inbound/outbound processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED to perform basic math and read training documents.
• 2+ yrs forklift experience preferred.
• Pass medical screening and background checks.
• Adapt to fast changing work demand.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, able to multitask.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and RF scanners; good verbal/written communication.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more with assistance; stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Comply with policies to maintain training, safety, GxP, and government standards.
• Accurately process paperwork per policies.
• Adapt to fast-changing work demands.
• Cross-train in multiple operation areas with low quality error rate.
• Receive and inspect inbound product for infestation, overages, shortages, and damages.
• Pick customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Transfer and locate material to storage or shipping locations.
• Verify quantity, quality, labeling and address for outgoing shipments.
