Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years related experience in materials handling or logistics.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• HazMat or similar handling certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Educational requirement: high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, label, store and distribute materials and equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Pull material for work orders and requests for manufacturing.
• Audit work orders and returned materials for accuracy.
• Process inventory discrepancies and root cause analysis.
• Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and customers.
• Prepare packages/documentation for various shipments.
• Enter transactions in ERP and maintain organization in storage areas.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.
