Qualifications

• Must operate stand-up forklift.

• 3–4 years in warehouse, manufacturing, or production.

• Maintain forklift certification.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to work in loud production environments.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, positive work environment per OSHA and company standards.
• Execute tasks to meet warehouse goals.
• Accurately complete required paperwork.
• Manage daily inventory levels.
• Maintain forklift certification.
• Conduct periodic inventories.
• Trace item history to resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee daily receiving/shipping; verify counts and paperwork.
• Stack and palletize products.
• Perform forklift and pallet jack inspections before each shift.
• Replenish stock; keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Move product during space reallocations and stock takes.
• Rotate products using FIFO.
• Receive and verify incoming goods against documents.
• Operate electric forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Work in freezer areas; temperatures 32 to -25 F.
• Provide general production support.
• Report injuries and unsafe conditions.
• Use proper lifting techniques.
• Use mechanical aids (hand truck, forklift, manlift).
• Work with a buddy when required.
• Use handrails.
• Wear PPE.
• Temperatures around 50 F; wear PPE per policy.
