JOB SUMMARY
Working under minimal supervision, the lead will act in the absence of the Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in SAP at all times. The role requires performing at least three of the following jobs: RTS (Return to Stock), stockroom, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection, or receiving. The candidate will reconcile inventory variances and adjust accordingly. Reporting line record accuracy to the Supervisor and Manager. Occasionally, acting as a liaison between Production Control, Production Management, and the Production line regarding inventory or shortages.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Stockroom / RTS:
- Put material away in the stockrooms using RF scanners in SAP and verify the associated transaction on the system.
- Pull kits and split them as required using the system-based kit pull procedure.
- Scan kits to the G drive and pull shortages to ensure they are complete.
- Count all material returning from the line to ensure system accuracy.
- Maintain organized box build areas and ensure all kanbans are full of material.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including physical and system movement of material, cycle counting, completing material disposition reports, and backflushing material in the ERP system.
Receiving:
- Follow the ISO documented receiving procedures.
- Validate carton counts against bills of lading, match packing to each lot, and note exceptions.
- Sign for all material delivered upon validation against the bill of lading.
- Validate purchase order, part number, quantity, and supplier, and complete receipt to dock in the system.
- Perform de-trash shipments as needed.
- Follow inspection plans and special instructions for incoming material.
- Verify packing slips, receipts, and inventory quantities before passing inspection.
- Perform SAP transactions to move material and adjust inventory as required.
- Obtain and maintain IPC’s Standard-A-610 Quality Control Inspection certification.
Shipping:
- Follow ISO shipping procedures and documentation requirements for domestic and international shipments.
- Manage transportation carriers using Jabil or customer guidelines.
- Perform physical movements and system transactions accurately and safely.
- Support month-end work for work cells, potentially working extra hours.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.

- Proficiency with Windows OS and related software, including Jabil’s packages.
- Basic writing skills for correspondence and understanding visual aids.

- Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs.
