Schaeffler Transmission Systems, LLC located in Wooster, OH is seeking a Material Handler III for the 3rd shift. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, preparing deliveries for drivers, moving materials within the plant, handling internal transports, and accurate IT-system tracking.

Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, English instruction comprehension, basic computer skills, and ability to lift heavy objects. SAP experience and prior logistics work are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation.
• Prepare deliveries of products and tours for drivers.
• Deliver raw materials and goods to designated location in the plants.
• Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports.
• Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc.
• Track and overview products and transports in the IT system.
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
