Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, seeks a Warehouse Material Handler III at our Reno, NV distribution center. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) includes hands-on material handling, kit assembly, labeling, RF scanning, and inventory tasks. Base pay ranges $20.80–$21.80/hour with Day 1 benefits and 401(k) vesting.

Eligible employees receive 18 days PTO in the first year, seven paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits as part of Grainger’s national network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of distribution/manufacturing operations experience or comparable.
• Good math skills and ability to read/write clearly.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Package inbound material and assemble kits using labeling systems and equipment.
• Pick orders using powered industrial equipment and record activities with RF scanners.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and restock picking areas.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure only quality goods are packed.

Now Hiring for a Warehouse Material Handler III at our Reno, NV Distribution Center

This is a full - time position of 40 hours working Monday through Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) No Weekends or Holidays!! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, vision. Seven paid holidays and the company contributes 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting.

The anticipated rate of pay for this position is $20.80 - 21.80.

In this full time Material Handler III role , you will package inbound material including assortment kit assembly using package labeling system and printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical stapler, and shrink wrapping, document packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry, pick orders using powered industrial equipment, conduct cart put away and restock picking. The position includes assisting with inventory cycle countson powered industrial equipment and partnering with Quality Control personnel to ensure only authorized, quality goods are packed into stock.

Your background should include: a High School diploma/GED equivalent and one year of general knowledge of distribution/ manufacturing operations. Average math skills and effective reading & writing skills. Problem solving ability and attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
