Schedule work shift is Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
JOB SUMMARY
Working under minimal supervision, the employee will act as the lead in the absence of the Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in SAP at all times. Following department procedures, the employee should be able to perform at least three of the following jobs: RTS (Return to Stock), stockroom, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection, or receiving. The employee will reconcile inventory variances and make adjustments accordingly. Reporting line record accuracy to the Supervisor and Manager, and acting as a liaison between Production Control, Production Management, and the production line for inventory or shortage issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Stockroom / RTS:
- Put material away in the stockrooms using RF scanners in SAP and verify the associated transaction on the system.
- Pull kits and split them as required using the system-based kit pull procedure.
- Scan kits to the G drive and pull shortages to ensure they are complete.
- Count all the material coming back from the line to ensure the system is accurate.
- Maintain organized box build areas and keep all their kanbans full of material.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including physical and system movement of materials within operations, cycle counting, completing material disposition reports, and accurately backflushing material in the ERP system.
Receiving:
- Follow ISO document procedures for receiving, validate carton counts against bills of lading, and note any exceptions.
- Sign for all material delivered once validated.
- Validate purchase order, part number, quantity, and supplier, and complete receipts in the system.
- Perform de-trash shipments to eliminate trash in the stockroom or on the production line.
- Follow inspection procedures, verify packing slips and inventory quantities, perform SAP transactions, and obtain Quality Control Inspection certification as per IPC’s Standard-A-610.
Shipping:
- Follow ISO document procedures for shipping, understand shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments, and manage transportation carriers.
- Perform physical movements and system transactions accurately and safely.
- Support work cell month-end activities, which may require extra hours, and operate material handling equipment as needed.

- Proficiency with Windows-based systems, related software, and Jabil's software packages.
- Basic writing skills, reading comprehension, and mathematical abilities including working with fractions, decimals, and interpreting graphs.
