Jabil in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Stockroom professional to support material control and movement across production areas. You will perform physical movements of materials, document ERP transactions, and verify inventory accuracy on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes safe handling, RF scanner usage, and coordination with manufacturing to maintain production schedules. Prior experience with stockroom operations and basic PC skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC and Windows-based software.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and understand visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple, one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to handle standardized situations with limited variables.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates the movement of material to manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
• Performs material movements requiring replenishment to manufacturing areas.
• Moves materials to shipping, parts prep, and offices as needed.
• Uses RF scanners for ERP transactions.
• Operates material handling equipment as required.
• Keeps Bin Management and FIFO organized and up-to-date.
• Returns unused materials to stockroom from production areas using RF.
• Disposes scrap components properly.
• Pulls material for purges from stock as needed.
• Performs Warehouse Cycle-counts where appropriate.
• Verifies material movements and paperwork for correct physical and system movement.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
