Job summary

Jabil Memphis is seeking a Warehouse Stockroom Associate to actively support material movements and control tasks. You will perform physical and system transactions, verify documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory under the standard shift.

You will coordinate material transfers to manufacturing areas, use RF scanners for ERP transactions, operate material handling equipment, and participate in cycle-counts. The role requires attention to detail and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to present information clearly to managers and staff.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient PC skills and experience with Windows OS.
• Experience with ERP systems and RF scanners is preferred.
• Strong organizational and math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the movement of material to manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
• Physically and systematically executes material movements involving all types of material requiring replenishment to manufacturing areas.
• Executes material movements to areas outside of manufacturing (shipping, parts prep, office, etc.).
• Utilizes RF scanners for ERP transactions.
• Operates material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintains organization of Bin Management and FIFO maintenance.
• Returns unused materials to stockroom from manufacturing areas using RF.
• Properly disposes scrap components.
• Pulls material for purges from stock as needed.
• Performs Warehouse Cycle-counts where appropriate.
• Verifies material movements and paperwork for correct movement.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
