Qualifications

• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Able to complete stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and labeling forms.
• Skilled in shrink-wrap, strapping, and manual hand tools used in material handling.
• Knowledge of general warehouse layout and item identification codes.
• May require experience operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Lay up, feed, or pile down materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid for smooth bindery or mailing operations.
• Complete skid flags and packing slips for accurate tracking.
• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent movement during transit.
• Attach tags or labels and record information on cases or containers.
• Stack or bundle materials using banding and clincher; assist with loading as needed.
