Job summary

Hodell-Natco Industries Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support vendor managed inventory in a fast-paced setting. You will safely operate a forklift, pick/pack/ship orders, stock products, and use RF scanners to ensure accuracy.

Teamwork and customer service focus are essential as you collaborate with sales and support teams, maintain a safe workspace, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. This is a daytime, full-time role at our U.S. facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math and reading skills.
• Familiarity with scan systems and basic computer comfort.
• Prior warehouse and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support VMI in warehouse and possibly at customer sites by fulfilling inventory needs.
• Safely operate a forklift and pick/pack/ship orders; stock incoming product.
• Operate RF scanners to prioritize orders and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure flawless operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and report equipment issues.

Work in a high volume, fast-paced environment where you will work in our warehouse servicing customer orders, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for talent to grow with us that may include spending some time on the road working on-site directly with our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) in our warehouse and possibly in the field by providing exceptional service to our customers and designated sites by fulfilling predetermined inventory and product needs.
• - Safely and efficiently operate a forklift and pick/pack/assemble/ship orders for our customers as well as accurately stock incoming product.
• - Operate an RF Scanner to prioritize orders and ensure quality.
• - Execute flawless operations in partnership with our sales and support teams.
• - Support warehouse projects as needed.
• - Maintain a safe and clean workspace as well as maintenance assigned equipment - proactively record/report any issues or identify possible future concerns to warehouse leaders.
• - Consistently walk, move about the warehouse, lift 50 lbs in a busy warehouse environment that is subject to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions
• - Learn and demonstrate product knowledge while understanding customer needs and expectations.
• - Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive work environment.

• - High school diploma or the equivalent with basic math aptitude and reading skills
• - Familiarity with scan systems and basic comfort level with computers
• - Prior warehouse and customer service experience

• - Good physical condition with the ability to bend/lift stretch and regularly lift 50 pounds or more
