Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operative for an on-site, full-time position. You will handle BOL sign-off, packing, picking, put-away, and cross-check vendor accuracy while maintaining Crane SOPs.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, loading/unloading, labeling, RF scanning, and documenting material movement. On-site presence required; forklift certification within 90 days. High school diploma preferred; 1+ year experience recommended.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than one-year of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sign off BOL, cross-check packing list, picking, put away, and operate material handling equipment.
• Fills client orders safely, efficiently, and per Crane SOPs.
• Ensure distribution activities meet internal quality standards and safety.
• Read work orders and follow instructions to determine loads.
• Authorized equipment after training: Pallet jack, Rider jack, Standup, Order/Cherry Picker, Turret Truck, Reach Truck, Forklift over 5K.
• Load/unload materials, strap or pad for transit.
• Counts, weighs, and records units moved on production sheet.
• Attach labels to materials and scan freight with RF equipment.
• Complete required paperwork promptly and maintain a safe work area.
