Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and lean principles.
• Ability to follow and interpret standard work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control and perform cycle counts.
• Move materials between receiving, production, and shipping areas.
• Unpack, receive, and stock materials; pack and ship per contract requirements.
• Read work orders to determine material needs for production cells; issue materials accordingly.
• Assist with training new employees and cross-training.
• Support more than one value stream as needed.
• Ensure compliance with export rules and internal processes.
