Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and equipment operation, minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• SAP experience strongly preferred and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, audits, and accurate recording of records.
• Order Fulfillment: supervise picking, packing, and shipping; ensure timely dispatch.
• Material Handling: operate forklifts and palletizers; safe storage of materials.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain inventory transactions and prepare operational reports.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce safety regulations and policies.
• Customer Service: address issues related to material handling or fulfillment and ensure satisfaction.
