Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage consignment inventory, perform location-to-location moves, and support cycle counting within a fast-paced distribution setting.

You will operate forklifts and other handling equipment, maintain accurate warehouse records, and collaborate with Inventory Control and Receiving teams to ensure timely material transfers. The role offers hourly pay between $19.00 and $23.50, with bonus eligibility per company plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years forklift experience.
• 2+ years experience pulling orders in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consignment inventory and perform location-to-location moves.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment to move material.
• Maintain ongoing inventory accuracy and assist in cycle counting.
• Support the distribution team to complete material transfers promptly.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and participate in continuous improvement.
