Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Material Handler to support operations by moving materials and finished products using powered industrial equipment at our Cincinnati facility. The role involves loading/unloading trucks, picking, stocking, and replenishing materials to ensure smooth production flows.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, material handling experience, and the ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners while following verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Material handling experience is strongly preferred.
• Able to operate a pallet jack, forklift, order picker and Drexel.
• Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of powered industrial equipment to move materials and finished products.
• Load and unload trucks and transfer finished products to designated areas.
• Use hand scanners and RF devices to track inventory and location.
• Pull and stock products to correct boxes and pick locations.
• Provide replenishment materials to workstations in a timely manner.
• Maintain safe work practices and report issues to supervisors.
