Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year distribution/warehouse experience; forklift experience (sit-down, reach) preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, record-keeping and listening skills.
• Ability to understand and speak English; safety‑conscious.
• Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets.
• Enter orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Move pallets to packing/shipping areas and into designated locations.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area; follow safety procedures.
