Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Material Handler II to join our on-site team in Ohio. You will handle medium-complexity logistics tasks, operate warehouse equipment, and help keep the supply chain moving safely and efficiently.

Three shifts are available, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth. The role requires 1+ year of warehouse experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Solid basic math skills, read and complete standard documents, proactive problem solving.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Equip & Move: safely operate warehouse machinery to load, unload, and store materials.
• Ship & Receive: inspect freight, check packing lists, sign Bills of Lading, label cargo.
• Pack & Secure: load vehicles and apply straps to prevent shifting or damage.
• Scan & Track: use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory and complete paperwork.
• Keep It Safe: maintain a clean workspace and uphold quality and safety standards.
