Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is hiring a Material Handler II for our Salisbury, NC Distribution Center. The role focuses on safe order picking, packing, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:30 PM), no weekends or holidays, with 18 days PTO in the first year, Day 1 medical/dental/vision benefits, seven paid holidays, and 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting. Training provided and RF scanners used daily.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing and walking in a warehouse environment for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Safe and accurate order picking and cycle counting using powered equipment.
• Check and box picked products.
• Package inbound material using labeling systems and printers.
• Document packaging activity with RF scanners and data entry.
• Restock packaging supplies and assist with inventory counts.
