The Material Handler II role supports supply chain operations for the manufacture of Cell Therapy products, including:

• Final storage of finished cell therapy into cryogenic storage
• Processing incoming patient apheresis material
• Packaging finished products for shipment
• Material cleaning and kitting to ensure continuous supply
• Warehouse activities like goods receipt and inventory management

This role is for night shift operations at the Devens, MA Cell Therapy Facility, with shifts from 6pm to 6am, rotating including weekends and holidays, onsite.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining safety and PPE compliance
• Delivering materials accurately and adhering to GMP and SOPs
• Performing routine warehouse and material operations
• Supporting manufacturing activities such as storage, processing, and packaging

Documentation duties involve:

• Completing batch records and CGMP forms
• Using SAP transactions for inventory and kit building
• Managing controlled documentation and review of incoming material paperwork

Collaboration involves:

• Interacting with Materials, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
• Supporting deviation and CAPA processes

Work requirements include:

• 12-hour shifts, PPE, gowning, and handling hazardous materials
• Physical ability to work in operational suites with various grade classifications

Knowledge and skills needed:

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, MES systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cold chain biological materials and GMP environment

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; higher education preferred
• At least 2 years of CGMP biotech experience; cell therapy experience preferred
