Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a Material Handler III or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions; maintain accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage buffer area flow and prevent overcrowding; transfer materials to trucks and staging.
• Release completed orders to take-away conveyor; resolve issues; record order status.
• Enter information into computer systems (SCS and Oracle) for order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with coworkers to resolve overages, shortages, and mis-routings; conduct investigations.
• May be point of contact for special handling requests; perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain attendance, safety, and a clean, organized work area; assist with overtime as needed.
