Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Material Handler II for 2nd shift to support manufacturing, repair, and rework of satellite communications equipment. You will pull orders, move stock, stage finished products, and ensure accurate inventory across work centers.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, maintaining clean loading areas, and documenting shipments. We value safety, teamwork, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires 0-3 years of material handler experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and data entry capabilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from inventory to support production and distribution.
• Maintain stock and materials storage areas.
• Identify, label, and track inventory; report shortages.
• Locate and verify materials listed on production orders.
• Deliver materials to work centers and prepare finished stock for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Document shipments and inventory movements.
• Train and mentor teammates and participate in process improvements.
