Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Material Handler II on 2nd shift in Austin, Texas to support manufacturing, repair, and rework for satellite communications equipment. You will pull orders, move materials, stock, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role requires 0‑3 years of material handling experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and lift heavy materials.

Qualifications

0-3 years of material handler experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Able to multitask with moderate complexity and meet deadlines.
Proficient in data entry and inventory control.
Ability to lift heavy materials and operate basic material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Pull orders from inventory and deliver materials to production.
Store and stage materials, maintain inventory accuracy.
Pack, crate, load, and secure finished stock for shipment.
Operate pallet jacks and related equipment; assist with shipping and receiving.
Maintain clean work areas and follow safety regulations.
Train and mentor teammates; participate in process improvement.
