Material Handler II - Inventory Control & Warehouse

Location: Madison, WI - University Research Park

Pay: $23-$25/hour, depending on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for eligible newly hired, full-time employees

Schedule: First shift, Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-6:30 PM; Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

Advanced Assembly, Inc. (AAI), an electronics manufacturing services provider, is hiring a Material Handler II to lead daily cycle counting and help maintain accurate inventory records.

The position investigates inventory discrepancies, maintains ERP inventory transactions, tracks inventory accuracy metrics, and supports warehouse operations such as receiving, replenishment, product transfers, and order fulfillment. Forklift operation may be required; company training is provided.

Required experience:

Previous warehouse, inventory control, or cycle-counting experience and experience using an ERP system for inventory transactions and recordkeeping. QAD experience is preferred.

The $1,500 sign-on bonus is payable on the first paycheck following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, subject to eligibility.
