Job Description

The 3NL Material Handler II is responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of product while meeting the company’s standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight efficiently and safely, following all procedures. Ensure physical and electronic movement of products.
• Move products to storage locations accurately, both physically and electronically.
• Stack and store products in designated Stockroom and Bin locations.
• Review shipping orders, run reports, and gather products daily.
• Complete inbound and outbound shipments, review for damages and inaccuracies.
• Maintain shipping logs and BOLs.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly; assist in security of storage areas.
• Operate and maintain forklift, complete daily logs.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in Shipping/Receiving preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing shipping environment.
• 1-2 years forklift experience preferred.
• Good communication skills; basic math and legible writing.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook preferred.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as scheduled.
• Flexible with working hours during busy periods.
