Hyve Solutions seeks a warehouse associate to move materials, receive and ship goods, and maintain accurate inventory within a fast-paced facility.

You will operate forklifts, pick orders, and ensure safe handling and storage of items, contributing to efficient warehouse operations. An OSHA-compliant approach and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment with material handling experience.
• Proficiency operating sit-down, stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks; certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Move materials via forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Receive shipments and verify contents against PO, noting discrepancies or damages.
• Put away materials in designated locations with labeling and organization.
• Pick customer orders from inventory using pick lists.
• Pack products for shipment with appropriate materials to prevent damage.
• Prepare outbound shipments with labeling, staging, and loading.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate WMS or related software to track movement and inventory.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or discrepancies.

Job Summary

Responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, to support SYNNEX Corporation's operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, stacking, and moving products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damages.
• Accurately put away received materials into designated storage locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Pick customer orders from inventory locations according to pick lists, ensuring accuracy and proper product identification.
• Pack products securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto trucks.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) or other relevant software to track material movement and inventory.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to supervision.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with proven experience in material handling.
• Proficiency in operating various material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks. Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
