Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently move materials within the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to support SYNNEX Corporation's needs.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify incoming shipments, and ensure accurate inventory control while maintaining safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and independent work capabilities in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer/WMS skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Move materials within the warehouse: loading, unloading, stacking, and transporting.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
• Put away materials into designated locations with proper labeling.
• Pick customer orders from inventory according to pick lists.
• Pack products securely for shipment and select appropriate packaging.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and staging for loading.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track movement and inventory.
• Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies to supervision.

Job Summary

Responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, to support SYNNEX Corporation's operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, stacking, and moving products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

• Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damages.

• Accurately put away received materials into designated storage locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization.

• Pick customer orders from inventory locations according to pick lists, ensuring accuracy and proper product identification.

• Pack products securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods to prevent damage during transit.

• Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto trucks.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) or other relevant software to track material movement and inventory.

• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to supervision.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with proven experience in material handling.

• Proficiency in operating various material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks. Certification preferred.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
