Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an orderly and reliable team member to handle incoming and outgoing order processing and documentation in Austin, TX. The role coordinates with transport providers to ensure timely shipments and accurate declarations, investigating non-conformances when needed.

The position is described as Support 2, requiring basic knowledge of procedures and may involve vocational/technical training.

Providing advanced fuel-dispensing equipment, including clean energy solutions, systems and payment, automatic tank gauging and wet stock-management solutions, DFS comprises the product brands of Wayne Fueling Systems, OPW Fuel Management Systems, ClearView, Tokheim, ProGauge, Fairbanks, LIQAL, AvaLAN, and Bulloch Technologies. Responsible for in-coming and out-going order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents. Liaises with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely in-coming/out-going shipments. Ensures prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments. Investigates and actions all non-conformance and recommend corrective actions.

A Support 2 requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
