Job summary

SPX Technologies in Orlando, FL is hiring a Material Handler 1 to support warehousing, shipping, receiving, and kit assembly on a day shift. You will stage production kits, pull orders, count inventory, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience, high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Forklift certification is optional, and experience with ERP/IFS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent.
• ERP system experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• International shipping experience and/or certifications.
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull daily shop orders for internal customers by assembling production kits.
• Stage kits on the production floor in accordance with the assembly schedule.
• Assist in efficiently pulling customer orders to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
• Stock inbound received parts and package completed assemblies for shipment.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
