Job summary

Ideal Fasteners, Inc. in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Material Handler I to maintain warehouse stock, fulfill customer orders, and organize inventory within a fast-paced production environment.

You will pull materials, verify quantities, operate a forklift, pack shipments, and collaborate with inventory control to keep stock levels accurate; prior experience with MRP/ERP systems and shipping software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 1 year experience in MRP/ERP environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in picking, packing and inventory control.
• Forklift certification is a plus; training provided if needed.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Review raw material production schedules, pull material, and deliver to individual workstations.
• Verify incoming material quantity/quality requirements, put away, and complete ERP receipt transactions.
• Maintains and organizes raw material inventory.
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Collaborate with inventory control to determine when product stock is needed.
• Pack products to prepare for shipments.
• Moves goods interdepartmentally utilizing hand trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Maintains and organizes finished product stock.
• Operate Forklift within the facility to transport product.
• Be able to communicate with our vendors.

• Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $22 USD

SUMMARY:

The Material Handler I will maintain warehouse stock, fulfill customer orders, and organize and maintain existing inventory.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
