Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to Goodwill Inland Northwest directives, rules, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Load, unload, and move materials within plant, yard or site.
• Sort, store, and process donated items according to standards.
• Transport processed donations to the appropriate departments or stores.
• Read work orders or instructions to identify materials to move.
• Safely lift and move items using manual handling or devices.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks and similar equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work flexible hours including weekends; potential overtime.
