Job summary

HealthTrust Performance Group is seeking a Material Handler I in Springfield, MO. You will receive, stock, pick, and route orders to trailers, while maintaining label accuracy and inventory integrity to ensure timely patient care.

The role requires familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a potential sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience with lot-controlled and expiration-dated products.
• Able to count accurately and follow written instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex instructions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock/replenish and select product then route completed orders to the appropriate trailer.
• Verify quantities and ensure label accuracy on all product.
• Operate and use computer systems to complete daily tasks.
• Promote teamwork in all duties.
• Maintain knowledge of products and procedures relative to job duties and health system operations.
• Communicate unresolved issues or required maintenance in a timely manner.
