Job summary

Epson America, Inc. is hiring Forklift Operators for 1st shift in a fast-paced warehouse in Indiana. The hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $21.50, with training provided to certify and build confidence in operation of our material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work safely.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• No forklift experience required — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers.
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Performing putaway of inbound shipments.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures.
• Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm

What You Will Be Doing

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by:

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided)

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $21.50/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
