Job summary

Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st Shift in our Indianapolis-area warehouse. The role focuses on safe operation of reach trucks, loading/unloading trailers, picking, packing, and shipping orders, with training provided to certify you.

Starting pay ranges from USD $21.00 to $21.50 per hour with benefits from day one; overtime may be required. We seek detail-oriented team players who can use WMS/RF scanners and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work safely.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• No forklift experience required - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers.
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Performing putaway of inbound shipments.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures.
• Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area.
